What we collect
Qaf Community Development respects the privacy of visitors to its website. We only collect the information you choose to give us through the volunteer, contact or partnership forms, such as your name, phone number, email and message, in order to review requests, answer enquiries and manage opportunities to take part.
How we use it
We use your information only as far as needed for the purpose it was collected for, limit access to authorised people in the association's management, and do not ask for anything a form does not need. We never sell your information or share it for marketing. Please do not send sensitive information or personal documents through public forms.
Where it is kept
Requests are stored in the Google Firebase database of the association's management system and are only seen by the authorised administrator. We keep them for as long as needed to follow up on the request, and you can ask us to delete them at any time.
Orphans and beneficiaries
We never publish orphans' names or photos, or anything that identifies the families we support. Sponsorship cards show general information only (age, school stage and a short description), and the child's full details go only to the sponsor after sponsoring.
Cookies and outside services
The website uses no advertising cookies or tracking tools. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, and some content (sponsorship cards and news) is read from a Google Firebase database. WhatsApp, Facebook and Instagram links take you to those platforms, which have their own policies.
Your rights and contact
You can contact the association through the published details to ask about the information you gave us or to have it updated or deleted, and we will handle your request under the applicable procedures and laws.
